I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received at Pet Makeovers LLC. As a long-time pet owner, I was expecting a high level of care and attention for my furry friend, but what I got was a lackluster experience that left me feeling frustrated and let down. The facilities, while modern, felt cold and uninviting, and the staff seemed more interested in chatting with each other than attending to my pet's needs. The grooming itself was subpar, with my pet's nails still looking uneven after the trim and the bath leaving their coat feeling dry and brittle. The prices were steep, especially considering the quality of service, and the 'satisfaction guarantee' felt like nothing more than a hollow promise. What really took the cake, though, was the complete lack of follow-up or concern from the staff after I expressed my dissatisfaction. It's clear that Pet Makeovers is more interested in collecting a paycheck than in providing genuine care and attention to the pets in their charge. Needless to say, I will not be returning and would not recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a trustworthy and reliable pet grooming service.
