I'm still trying to process my experience with Paul Watson, Realtor. As a first-time homebuyer, I thought I'd found the perfect agent to guide me through this daunting process. Unfortunately, what I got was a series of unreturned calls, vague emails, and a general sense of abandonment. The few times we did meet, Paul seemed distracted and more interested in talking about his awards and recognitions than actually listening to my needs. I felt like I was just another notch on his belt, a means to an end. The real estate process is already overwhelming, but with Paul, I felt like I was navigating it alone. His 'client education' approach felt more like a sales pitch than genuine guidance. I ended up doing all the research myself and even found my own home without his help. For someone who claims to be all about 'meeting clients wherever they are in life,' Paul sure didn't meet me where I needed him to. Needless to say, I won't be recommending him to anyone.
