I recently had the opportunity to stay at Paragon Apartments by CLLIX in Melbourne's CBD, and unfortunately, my experience was a letdown. Despite the luxurious amenities and prime location, I found the overall stay to be lacking in several areas. The apartment itself was modern and well-equipped, but the 'stunning city views' promised were somewhat obstructed by nearby buildings. The gym and pool areas were clean and well-maintained, but often crowded, which made it difficult to fully enjoy these amenities. The staff, while friendly, seemed somewhat disorganized, and it took multiple requests to resolve a issue with the WiFi connectivity. The complex's partnership with Melbourne Unlimited Attraction Pass was a nice touch, but the process of redeeming the passes was cumbersome and time-consuming. Perhaps my expectations were too high, given the 'luxury' label, but for the price, I expected a more seamless and personalized experience. The location, however, was excellent, with easy access to public transport, Queen Victoria Market, and several parks. If you're looking for a convenient place to stay in Melbourne, Paragon Apartments might still be a good choice, but be prepared for some minor inconveniences and a less-than-luxurious experience.
