I recently had the opportunity to work with Paisa Partners, and unfortunately, my experience was underwhelming. As a candidate, I was expecting a more personalized approach, given their claims of providing tailored services. However, the communication was lacking, and I felt like just another number in their system. The recruiter I worked with seemed overwhelmed and didn't take the time to understand my skills and goals. I was presented with job opportunities that didn't align with my experience or interests, which was disappointing. I understand that mistakes can happen, but the lack of follow-up and feedback was unprofessional. I ended up finding a job on my own, but I was hoping for a more supportive and guidance-driven experience from Paisa Partners.
