I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from Painter1 of Columbus. Despite their lofty claims of 'exceptional quality' and 'competitive pricing,' my experience was marred by subpar workmanship and a general lack of attention to detail. The team they sent over seemed more interested in rushing through the job than ensuring it was done correctly. My historic home's exterior, which I had entrusted to them for a much-needed restoration, now looks like it was painted by amateurs. The color is uneven, there are visible brush strokes, and they managed to get paint on the windows and trim. When I brought these issues to their attention, they seemed put off and uninterested in making things right. For a company that prides itself on 'enhancing the aesthetic appeal' of properties, they've done the exact opposite. The final bill was also significantly higher than the initial estimate, with no clear explanation for the extra costs. Needless to say, I would not recommend Painter1 of Columbus to anyone. Their focus on 'customer satisfaction' seems to be nothing more than a marketing gimmick, and their 'reputation of trust' within the community is certainly not deserved based on my experience.
