As someone who's worked in logistics for over a decade, I was appalled by the lack of expertise shown by Net Logistics. We hired them for a critical rail shipment, and from the start, it was clear they were in over their heads. The team seemed more interested in selling us on their 'comprehensive logistics management program' than actually listening to our specific needs. When our shipment was delayed due to their mismanagement, they had the audacity to blame it on 'unforeseen circumstances' without offering any real solutions. The communication was abysmal; we'd call and email, only to be met with generic responses that didn't address our concerns. For a company that claims to prioritize its clients' best interests, Net Logistics failed miserably. Their 'client-centric approach' feels like nothing more than a marketing gimmick. We ended up having to intervene directly with the rail company to sort out the mess, which defeated the purpose of hiring a logistics manager in the first place. Unless they seriously revamp their operations and actually start putting clients first, I'd advise anyone against using Net Logistics for their freight management needs. One star from me, and that's being generous.
