I'm not one to usually write reviews, but my experience with Nan Ruvel Interior Design was a letdown from start to finish. With over twenty years of experience, I expected a lot more from Nan and her team. The initial consultation seemed promising, but as the project progressed, it became clear that their design philosophy, which claims to be rooted in understanding clients' needs and lifestyles, didn't quite apply to us. The final result was a space that, while aesthetically pleasing in some aspects, lacked the functionality and personal touch we were hoping for. For the price point, I expected more attention to detail and a deeper understanding of our unique tastes and preferences. The communication was also somewhat lacking, with misunderstandings about deadlines and budget that could have been avoided with clearer communication. Perhaps we just weren't the right fit for Nan Ruvel's style, but given the hype and the cost, I was expecting a transformation that would exceed our expectations, not merely meet them at a bare minimum.
