I'm usually not one to write reviews, but my experience with Mystique Cleaning was a letdown. As a facility manager for a commercial property, I expect a certain level of professionalism and quality from our cleaning services. Unfortunately, Mystique Cleaning failed to deliver on several occasions. The team would often miss scheduled cleanings or show up late, which would disrupt our daily operations. When I brought this to their attention, they would apologize and promise to do better, but the issues persisted. I was surprised to see that they boast about their 98% recurring client rate, but my experience tells a different story. The cleaning itself was subpar, with areas often being missed or not thoroughly cleaned. I've had to re-clean several areas myself, which defeats the purpose of hiring a cleaning service. Perhaps they're too comfortable with their long-standing reputation and don't feel the need to innovate or improve their services. Whatever the reason, I wouldn't recommend Mystique Cleaning to other businesses looking for reliable and high-quality cleaning solutions. There are better options out there that actually deliver on their promises.
