I'm not gonna sugarcoat it - my experience at MR.TWISTED WHEELER'SWORLDLLC was a letdown of epic proportions. As a die-hard Honda ATC enthusiast, I was expecting a nirvana of three-wheeled goodness, but what I got was a whole lot of disappointment. First off, the 'renowned destination' they claim to be? More like a cramped, cluttered warehouse with parts scattered everywhere. I mean, I've seen better-organized garages in my neighbor's backyard. The staff seemed friendly enough, but when I asked about a specific OEM part, they gave me the ol' runaround - 'check our website,' 'come back tomorrow,' that sort of thing. I was looking for expertise, not a sales pitch. And don't even get me started on the 'expert restorations.' I took a gander at one of their 'fully restored' models, and let's just say I've seen better work on a kindergartener's art project. The powder coating was uneven, the plating was subpar... it was like they phoned it in. For a place that claims to be the 'go-to destination' for Honda ATC enthusiasts, MR.TWISTED WHEELER'SWORLDLLC needs to seriously step up their game. Until then, I'll be taking my business (and my three-wheeler) elsewhere. One star, and that's being generous.
