I'm writing this review with a mix of disappointment and frustration. As a long-time admirer of Monteath & Powys' reputation in New South Wales, I expected a high level of professionalism and expertise in their surveying services. Unfortunately, my experience was a far cry from the 'excellence' they claim to uphold. The team seemed disorganized, and communication was sparse throughout the project. Despite numerous assurances, deadlines were missed, and the final product lacked the attention to detail I've come to expect from a company of their standing. What's even more disappointing is the lack of follow-up or apology from the management team after I expressed my concerns. For a company that prides itself on 'client satisfaction' and 'environmentally friendly solutions,' I found their actions to be contradictory. The laser scanning service, which I was particularly excited about, was subpar, and the environmental considerations seemed like an afterthought rather than a core part of their process. Given the history and reputation of Monteath & Powys, I had hoped for more. Perhaps it's time for them to reflect on their internal processes and ensure that their actions match their lofty claims. Until then, I would caution potential clients to carefully evaluate their options.
