Unbelievable Disappointment from a 'VIP' Brand

I'm still trying to process how a company that prides itself on being 'VIP-certified' and 'premium' could so utterly fail in delivering on its promises. My experience with MadebyMulann was an unmitigated disaster from start to finish. The custom wig I ordered, which was supposed to be pre-plucked, pre-bleached, and pre-styled, arrived looking like it had been sat on. The hairline was not natural-looking at all; it was more like they just glued some hairs to a piece of lace and called it a day. And don't even get me started on the 'beautiful packaging' I've seen raved about in other reviews - mine came in a beat-up box with the wrong name on it. I filled out the custom wig form to the letter, specifying my head shape, preferred style, and even the exact shade of blonde I wanted. What I got was a wig that looked like it belonged on a completely different person. The stitch work was sloppy, the hair was cheap and tangled, and the whole thing just felt...off. For a company that claims to prioritize customer satisfaction and quality, I was shocked by the lack of attention to detail and the clear disregard for customer preferences. Maybe I just got a bad apple, but my 'hassle-free experience' involved multiple emails, phone calls, and a significant amount of frustration. The 'exclusive access' I got from joining their mailing list was just a bunch of spam about sales and new products, with no real effort to address my concerns or offer a resolution. If this is what 'exceptional value' looks like, I'd hate to see what a standard wig from a non-premium brand would be like. Needless to say, I will not be recommending MadebyMulann to anyone, and I certainly won't be joining their customer loyalty program anytime soon.
