Unfortunately, my encounter was a letdown from start to finish. The team that arrived at my house to fix a leaky faucet seemed disorganized and lacked the 'technical excellence' they boast about. Not only did they take longer than expected to diagnose the issue, but the repair itself was shoddy. The faucet still leaks, and I'm left wondering if I just wasted my money.
