I'm still trying to wrap my head around the disaster that was our experience with Linear 1 Technologies. As the IT manager for our small business, I thought I was making a solid decision by choosing them for our VoIP and managed IT solutions. Boy, was I wrong. The sales team was super friendly and promised the world, but once we signed the contract, it was like they forgot we existed. The implementation process was a joke - it took them three weeks just to get our phone system up and running, and even then, it was plagued by dropped calls and terrible voice quality. But you know what the cherry on top was? When I asked to speak to a supervisor about our issues, I was told that the person I needed to talk to was 'unavailable' and that they'd 'get back to me soon.' Soon? It's been six months, and I'm still waiting. The 'comprehensive evaluations' they promised? Never happened. The 'tailored solutions'? More like 'one-size-fits-all' garbage. We ended up cancelling our contract and going with a competitor, and I couldn't be happier with the decision. If you value your sanity and your business's productivity, stay far, far away from Linear 1 Technologies.
