Renovation Regret: A Kitchen Nightmare

I'm still trying to process how a company that prides itself on 'client-focused approach' and 'tailor-made beauty' could so utterly fail to deliver on their promises. Our kitchen remodel with Kitchen and Bath Remodeling Pros was a disaster from start to finish. First, the designer seemed more interested in pushing their own design aesthetic rather than listening to our needs and preferences. We asked for a modern look with clean lines and minimal ornamentation, but what we got was a mishmash of styles that looked like it belonged in a bad 90s time capsule. The cabinets they installed were not only poorly constructed but also had the wrong finish - we specifically asked for matte, but they put in glossy. And don't even get me started on the countertops. Not only were they not the quartz we paid for, but they also had visible seams and looked like they were installed by a amateur. The tile work in the backsplash was uneven and the grout was already cracking within a week of completion. We brought all these issues to their attention, and while they apologized profusely, the 'fixes' they applied were half-hearted at best. It's clear that once they have your money, the customer service drops off a cliff. The final walk-through was a joke - they barely even looked at the work they'd done, just handed us the keys and said 'all done.' All done?! It's been six months, and we're still dealing with the fallout from their incompetence. Save your money, folks. There are better, more honest contractors out there who will actually care about the quality of their work and your satisfaction.
