I'm not one to typically write reviews, but my experience with Kate Guden RPM of the Rockies was so disappointing that I felt compelled to share my story. As a first-time homebuyer in Colorado, I was looking for a real estate agent who could guide me through the process with expertise and care. Unfortunately, Kate Guden's team fell woefully short of my expectations. From the initial consultation to the final closing, the communication was sparse and often unhelpful. The website, which I had initially found impressive, proved to be clunky and not very user-friendly when I actually needed to use it. The property search tool was slow and didn't seem to update frequently, leading me to find properties that were already off the market. When I asked for advice on neighborhoods, I was given generic information that I could have easily found online myself. What really took the cake, though, was when I discovered that the 'expert knowledge' they boasted about didn't seem to include any in-depth understanding of the local market trends beyond what you could read in the news. For a company that claims to be dedicated to exceptional service, I was shocked at how little personalized attention I received. It felt like I was just another number in their system, not a valued client. Given the plethora of real estate options in Colorado, I would not recommend Kate Guden RPM of the Rockies to anyone looking for a reliable and professional partner in their home or commercial property search. Perhaps they were better in the past, but my experience in 2023 was decidedly lackluster.
