Kaleidoscope Assessment is a professional service led by Rebecca Gannon, an Educational and Developmental Psychologist with a strong background in supporting Autistic, ADHD, and Neurodivergent individuals. With a career spanning over a decade, Rebecca has refined her skills through postgraduate training and ongoing learning, development, and supervision, ensuring her clinical and assessment skills are continually refined. Her approach is affirming, collaborative, and authentic, reflecting her commitment to Neurodivergence-affirming practices. Rebecca's expertise extends beyond her client-focused work, as she has been involved in various projects centered around advocacy and education. Notably, she co-chaired the Diagnosis, Supports, and Services Working Group for the National Autism Strategy from 2023-24. She has also lectured in Undergraduate Psychology courses and supported fellow Indigenous Psychology students through mentoring and supervision programs. Rebecca's passion for Neurodivergence is evident in her work and extends into her personal life, where she enjoys exploring her interests in heavy metal music, fine-line sketching, insects, and collecting books. As a qualified professional, Rebecca holds a Master of Psychology (Educational and Developmental) from Queensland University of Technology, a Master of Forensic Mental Health from Griffith University, and a Bachelor of Psychological Science (Honours) from The University of Queensland. She is registered with AHPRA and holds memberships with the Australian Association of Psychologists Inc, the Australasian ADHD Professionals Association, and the League of Autistic Psychologists and Affirming Colleagues.
