I'm still trying to process the disappointment I felt after dining at Kajüt Vendéglő. As a long-time resident of Debrecen, I was excited to try their sültes tálak and other traditional dishes. Unfortunately, the cheddar and jalapeno stuffed chicken breast I ordered was overcooked and dry, while the steak burgonya on the side was lukewarm and lacked seasoning. The service was also subpar - our server seemed overwhelmed and took ages to take our orders, not to mention the lengthy wait for our food to arrive. To make matters worse, the Wolt delivery option we chose was a nightmare - the food arrived cold, and the packaging was flimsy, resulting in a mess. For a restaurant that claims to offer 'high-quality food and excellent customer service,' Kajüt Vendéglő fell woefully short. Unless they revamp their kitchen and service staff, I'd advise others to think twice before giving them a try.
