I must say, my interaction with JAAMBRO Hospitality was a letdown. As a hotel owner, I was expecting a more personalized approach to sales and marketing, but what I got was a generic, one-size-fits-all solution. The team seemed more focused on their own growth and revitalization post-pandemic than on actually understanding my property's unique needs. The communication was lacking, and I felt like I was just another statistic in their quest for expansion. For a company that claims to provide tailored services, I was disappointed by the lack of creativity and innovation in their proposals. Perhaps they're too busy navigating the evolving landscape of the hospitality sector to actually deliver on their promises. Needless to say, I won't be recommending JAAMBRO Hospitality to my fellow hotel owners anytime soon.
