I recently had the misfortune of working with 360 Nightlife LLC for a high-profile event in Washington DC, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of disappointing. As a seasoned event planner, I expected a lot more from a company that boasts about its expertise in event marketing and digital strategy. From the get-go, the communication was lackluster, and it seemed like they were more interested in upselling their services than actually listening to our needs. The team seemed disorganized, and it took multiple follow-ups to get even the simplest tasks done. The event itself was subpar, with poorly designed marketing materials and a website that looked like it was built in the early 2000s. The advertising opportunities they promised were nothing more than a few lackluster social media posts that barely reached our target audience. For the exorbitant prices they charged, I expected a lot more. The worst part was the complete lack of accountability when things went wrong. They seemed more interested in pointing fingers and making excuses than taking responsibility for their mistakes. Needless to say, we will not be working with 360 Nightlife again, and I would not recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and effective event marketing and digital strategy partner. Save your money and look elsewhere.
