The organization is led by President of Operations Tyson, a basketball enthusiast with a strong background in the sport. Tyson's experience includes playing varsity baseball and basketball at Mahomet Seymour High School and later becoming a starter and team captain at Beloit College. He also had the opportunity to work with the New Orleans Hornets, learning from NBA veterans and coaches.
