It was a freezing winter night, and my pipes burst, flooding my basement. I called HY-PRO at 2 AM, expecting their 'quick response' and 'effective solutions.' What I got was a voicemail and a callback three hours later. By then, the damage was done – my basement was underwater, and I was left dealing with the aftermath. The technician, Dustin, seemed knowledgeable but was clearly overwhelmed. He took ages to arrive and even longer to fix the issue. The 'financing options' they advertised were not as flexible as they claimed, and the whole ordeal left me with a hefty bill and a lot of stress. For a company that prides itself on 'customer satisfaction' and 'minimal disruption,' HY-PRO fell woefully short. Unless they seriously revamp their emergency response system, I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. One star is even too generous for this nightmare.
