I stopped by Hetal & Deep Limited at 35 Main Street, Otaki, expecting a wide range of top-quality products at unbeatable prices. Unfortunately, my experience was a letdown. The store's product portfolio, although diverse, lacked freshness. I picked up a pack of Tango Chewbites and Zombie Chew, but they tasted stale. The gummy products, including Gummy Starfish and Gummy Grape, were also not as soft and juicy as I've had from other retailers. The DR Sour Tongue Drops, which I was excited to try, were nowhere to be found on the shelves. I was told they were out of stock, which was disappointing. The customer service was friendly, but the staff seemed uninformed about the products and their availability. For a company that claims to update its product offerings regularly, I was surprised to find that many items were expired or near expiration. The prices were indeed affordable, but the quality and freshness of the products were compromised. As a customer, I expect more from a retailer, especially one that boasts about its commitment to customer satisfaction. Until they improve their product quality and inventory management, I would not recommend Hetal & Deep Limited to others.
