I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received at Gwinnett Clinic. As someone who values timely and personalized care, I was shocked by the lengthy wait times and impersonal treatment from the staff. My primary care physician seemed overwhelmed and rushed during our appointment, barely listening to my concerns before hurrying off to the next patient. The facility itself was clean and well-maintained, but that's where the positives end. I was also surprised to find out that some of the services they advertised, like extended hours and priority access to sick visits, came with additional fees that weren't clearly disclosed upfront. For a clinic that prides itself on patient satisfaction and wellness, I expected a lot more. Perhaps it was just an off day, but my experience was far from the 'unparalleled care' they claim to offer. Until they address these issues, I'd caution others to explore alternative healthcare options in the Metro Atlanta area.
