I'm still fuming after my experience with Gold Pet. As an avid online shopper, I thought I'd found a gem with their wide range of products and promises of convenience. But, boy, was I wrong! First of all, their website is clunky and unresponsive. It took me ages to navigate through the categories and find what I was looking for. And don't even get me started on the payment process - it's like they want to make it as difficult as possible. I opted for cash payment, but the system kept glitching, and I ended up having to try three times before it finally went through. The delivery was also a letdown. I was promised a speedy delivery within a week, but it took a whopping 14 days for my products to arrive. And when they did, one of the items was damaged! I tried to contact customer service, but they were utterly unhelpful. They kept sending me automated responses and didn't even bother to address my concerns. The whole experience has left a sour taste in my mouth. With all the hassle and frustration, I wouldn't recommend Gold Pet to my worst enemy. Save your sanity and shop elsewhere!
