I'm extremely disappointed with the service my poor pup, Raven, received at Florens. As a pet owner, it's devastating to see a place that promises 'luxurious experiences' and 'royal treatment' fall so short. The state-of-the-art installations they boast about seemed more like a fancy facade than a functional facility. The guardería was overcrowded, and the staff seemed overwhelmed, which made me question the 'one-on-one attention' they claimed to provide. When I asked about the canine training programs, the instructor seemed more interested in selling me additional packages than understanding Raven's specific needs. The funerary services they offer, while a unique feature, felt insensitive to discuss in such a casual manner. What really sealed the deal for me, though, was when they lost Raven's medication for a whole day, citing 'miscommunication' between staff members. For a place that prioritizes health and happiness, this oversight was not only alarming but also a clear indication of their disorganization. Needless to say, I won't be returning, and I'd caution others to carefully consider their options before choosing Florens for their pet care needs.
