The technician, who introduced himself as an apprentice of Isidoro, seemed uncertain about the best course of action for my leaky faucet, resulting in multiple return visits and a hefty bill. What was supposed to be a straightforward repair turned into a costly ordeal that left me feeling frustrated and misled. The company's emphasis on 'honest and ethical service' and 'lasting solutions' rings hollow in light of my experience.
