I'm writing this review as a warning to others: beware of Enevo's glossy marketing and promises of revolutionary waste management solutions. As the operations manager of a mid-sized waste services company, we were initially impressed by their comprehensive cloud-based software platform and sensor portfolio. However, after a year of using their system, we've experienced more headaches than benefits. The fill level readings are often inaccurate, and the alert system is plagued by false positives. We've had instances where the system reported containers as being full when they were actually empty, and vice versa. The dynamic routing engine, which was supposed to optimize our service routes, has actually increased our fuel costs due to inefficient routing. The in-cab driver tools are clunky and unreliable, often crashing or freezing during critical operations. But what's most disappointing is the lack of support from Enevo. Their customer service team is slow to respond, and when they do, they seem more interested in blaming our internal processes than actually resolving the issues. We've tried to work with them to address these problems, but it's clear that they're more focused on acquiring new clients than supporting their existing ones. For a company that claims to be a 'global leader' in the waste sensor industry, Enevo's technology and support are woefully inadequate. Unless they seriously revamp their platform and customer support, I would not recommend Enevo to anyone. The environmental benefits they promise are enticing, but the reality is that their system is more of a hindrance than a help. Save your sanity and look elsewhere for a reliable waste management solution.
