I'm still trying to wrap my head around the disaster that was our experience with Elucentra. As a small business owner, I thought their cloud-based QuickBooks hosting service would be the perfect solution for our team to work remotely. Boy, was I wrong. First, the setup process was a nightmare. Their 'extensive experience' didn't seem to translate to actual competence, as we encountered issue after issue with getting our files migrated to their system. And don't even get me started on the 'amazing free support' they claim to offer. It took us an average of 3 days to get a response to our queries, and even then, the solutions they provided were often unhelpful or incomplete. The real kicker was when we realized that their system wasn't as secure as they claimed. We had issues with data breaches and unauthorized access to our files, which was a major red flag for us. When we tried to address these concerns with Elucentra, they seemed more interested in deflecting blame than actually resolving the problems. It's clear that their 'focus on strategy, values, and customer satisfaction' is just a marketing gimmick. As a business owner, I expect more from the companies I partner with. Elucentra's failure to deliver on their promises has left a sour taste in my mouth, and I would not recommend their services to my worst enemy. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for your cloud hosting needs. One star from me, and that's being generous.
