I recently visited Easthampton Animal Hospital with my cat, Luna, and was thoroughly unimpressed. As a long-time pet owner, I expect a certain level of care and compassion from veterinary facilities. Unfortunately, my experience at Easthampton Animal Hospital fell short of my expectations. The waiting room was cramped and lacked any notable amenities, which made the already lengthy wait feel even more arduous. When we were finally seen, the veterinarian seemed rushed and didn't take the time to thoroughly address my concerns about Luna's health. The online pharmacy, which I had hoped would be a convenient feature, was clunky and difficult to navigate. What's more, the prices for services and medications were exorbitant, especially considering the subpar care we received. As someone who prioritizes their pet's health and well-being above all else, I was disappointed to find that Easthampton Animal Hospital didn't share the same level of dedication. Perhaps it was an off day, but my experience has left a sour taste in my mouth, and I will be exploring other veterinary care options in the area.
