I'm extremely disappointed with the services provided by Easterseals New Hampshire. As a parent of a child with special needs, I was expecting a more personalized and supportive approach from their staff. Unfortunately, our experience was marred by long wait times, unresponsive staff, and a lack of transparency in their communication. Despite their impressive mission statement and numerous programs, it seems like they're more focused on expanding their facilities and securing funding rather than actually providing quality care to their clients. The Gammon Academy, their new purpose-built school, sounds like a great initiative, but I'm skeptical about how it will actually benefit the students. My child's experience at one of their residential programs was subpar, with inadequate attention to their medical needs and a general sense of disorganization. I've tried to provide feedback to the organization, but my concerns were brushed off, and I didn't receive a satisfactory response. It's unfortunate that an organization with such a noble mission can fail to deliver on its promises. I hope they take my feedback seriously and make necessary changes to improve their services.
