I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from Dream Team Home Services. I had high hopes given their reputation and the fact that they're locally owned, but unfortunately, they failed to deliver. The technician who came to my house to fix my plumbing issue seemed knowledgeable, but the solution he provided was only temporary and didn't address the root cause of the problem. I ended up having to call another company to properly fix the issue, which was not only frustrating but also added to my overall cost. The initial estimate I received from Dream Team was also higher than what I was quoted by the other company, which made me question their pricing transparency. The customer service team was apologetic, but their responses felt scripted and lacked a genuine desire to make things right. For a company that prides itself on 100% customer satisfaction, my experience was far from satisfactory. The lack of follow-through and the inefficiency in resolving my issue have led me to doubt their commitment to their customers. Unless they revamp their approach to customer service and ensure that their technicians are equipped to provide long-lasting solutions, I would not recommend Dream Team Home Services to anyone.
