I recently visited Dr. Eric Mariotti's practice in Concord, CA, for a consultation on a facelift procedure. Unfortunately, my experience was underwhelming, to say the least. Despite the practice's claims of providing 'exceptional surgical expertise with respect, compassion, and integrity,' I felt rushed during my consultation and had to ask multiple times for clarification on the procedure and costs. The office environment, while aesthetically pleasing, lacked the warm and comforting atmosphere I've experienced at other medical spas. Perhaps most disappointing was the lack of follow-up after my initial consultation. As someone considering a significant investment in my appearance, I expected more personalized attention and care.
