I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from Dey Heating & Air Conditioning. As a long-time resident of Rhinelander, I thought I could trust a locally owned business to get the job done right. Unfortunately, their team failed to deliver on their promises. The technician who came to my house seemed knowledgeable, but the communication was poor, and I was left with more questions than answers. The price quote I received was higher than expected, and when I asked about potential tax rebates for upgrading my equipment, I was brushed off. What really took the cake, though, was when they tried to sell me on a maintenance package that I didn't need. It felt like they were more interested in making a sale than actually addressing my heating issues. For a company that prides itself on being reliable and efficient, I found their service to be slow and unresponsive. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my repair, and even then, the information was vague. As someone who values honesty and transparency, I was disappointed by the lack of clear communication and the feeling that I was being taken advantage of.
