I used to be a big fan of Detailed Experience in Auburn, but my last few visits have been pretty disappointing. I tried their new floral design service, which sounded unique and exciting, but it felt like an afterthought. The arrangement they made was pretty, but it didn't really add to my overall experience. The skin care treatment I booked was also subpar - the therapist seemed rushed, and I didn't get the relaxing vibe I was expecting. The tooth spa treatment, which I was looking forward to, was cancelled at the last minute due to 'equipment issues.' Detailed Experience seems to be spreading themselves too thin with all the services they offer. I've had better massages and salon services elsewhere in town. Maybe they should focus on a few things and do them really well instead of trying to be everything to everyone. Until they get their act together, I'm taking my self-care routine (and my wallet) elsewhere.
