I'm not one to usually write reviews, but my experience with Corcoran Premier Realty was a letdown. As a first-time luxury home buyer in the greater Orlando area, I was expecting a seamless and personalized experience, given their reputation and affiliation with top builders and developers. Unfortunately, the team, despite their impressive portfolio and awards, seemed more focused on their own reputation than on actually helping me find my dream home. The agent I worked with, while knowledgeable, lacked the empathy and understanding that I've come to expect from luxury service providers. It felt like I was just another statistic in their quest for 'over-the-top customer satisfaction,' rather than a valued client. The communication was sporadic, and the viewings were rushed, with little attention to my specific needs and preferences. For a company that prides itself on creating 'clients for life,' I felt more like a transaction than a person. Perhaps my expectations were too high, given the Corcoran brand's prestige and the accolades of agents like Matt Tomaszewski, but as a client, I believe it's reasonable to expect a certain level of service that matches the luxury properties they represent. Unfortunately, Corcoran Premier Realty fell short of delivering that for me.
