I'm not one to usually write reviews, but my experience with Coatings Plus, LLC was underwhelming, to say the least. As a homeowner in Renton, I was excited to work with a local company that specialized in floor coatings. Unfortunately, their 'Can Do' attitude didn't quite translate to my project. The initial consultation was promising, but things quickly took a turn for the worse. The staff seemed knowledgeable, but their communication skills left much to be desired. I had to chase them down for updates on my project, and even then, the information was vague and unhelpful. The epoxy floor coating they applied to my basement looked decent at first, but after a few weeks, it started to show signs of wear and tear. I'm not sure if it was the product or the application, but I expected more from a company that prides itself on quality. The anti-graffiti system they installed on my deck was a joke. It didn't even last a month before it started to peel off. For a company that claims to be the premier provider of the Tufflex Standard Outdoor RBC System, I expected a lot more. Maybe I just caught them on a bad day, but my experience with Coatings Plus, LLC was a disappointment from start to finish. Unless they seriously revamp their customer service and quality control, I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. One star from me, and that's being generous.
