Delays piled up, and when I tried to inquire about the status of my custom cabinetry, I was met with vague responses and a general sense of disorganization. The final product, while aesthetically pleasing, had several issues that needed correction, including misaligned drawers and a noticeable gap between the countertop and the cabinets. It was as if the attention to detail they so proudly touted on their website was merely a myth. What's most disappointing is the lack of accountability and the dismissive attitude when I brought these issues to their attention. For a company that prides itself on client satisfaction and high-quality craftsmanship, Cabinets West, LLC, failed to deliver on both fronts. Unless they revamp their project management and customer service, I would caution potential clients to seek alternatives. My experience was a stark reminder that even the most polished marketing and years of experience can't make up for a lack of follow-through and genuine dedication to customer needs.
