I'm still trying to wrap my head around the disaster that Eternity Cabinet made of my kitchen renovation. As a homeowner in Cape Coral, I thought I was making a safe bet with a company that's been around for 30 years, but boy was I wrong. The initial consultation seemed promising - their salesperson was charming, showed us all these fancy brands like Nature Kast and Omega Cabinetry, and promised the world. But once the installation began, it was like dealing with a completely different company. The workers were consistently late, would often leave early, and seemed completely disorganized. I'd call to ask about the status, and the office staff would give me the runaround, always blaming it on 'supply chain issues' or 'unforeseen delays.' The final product? Subpar. The cabinets look nothing like the samples we picked out, and the 'attention to detail' they brag about? Nonexistent. There are gaps, scratches, and the finish is already chipping in places. For the amount of money we paid, I expected perfection. Instead, I got a half-baked renovation that's left me with a kitchen that's still not fully functional. Save your money, folks. Eternity Cabinet might have been good 30 years ago, but now they're just resting on their laurels, overcharging for mediocre work.
