I've been in the AV industry for over a decade, and sadly, my experience with C2G has been a letdown. As a long-time customer, I expected more from a company celebrating its 40th anniversary. Their HDMI cables, which I've used extensively, have been plagued by issues - from signal degradation to outright failures. The USB extenders I've purchased have also been finicky, often dropping connections at critical moments. What's more alarming is the lack of innovation in their product line. Despite the buzz around 8K video and USB 4, C2G's offerings seem stagnant, failing to keep pace with the evolving needs of businesses like mine. The company's investment in the latest testing technology is commendable, but it doesn't translate to real-world performance. I've encountered more problems with their cables than I care to admit, and the customer support, while available, often feels like a chore to deal with. Phone calls go unanswered, emails are met with generic responses, and the chat feature is slow to respond. For a company that prides itself on reliability, C2G has fallen short in my book. Perhaps it's time for them to revisit their mission and promise, focusing more on the customer experience rather than just touting their legacy. Until then, I'll be taking my business (and my connectivity needs) elsewhere.
