Underwhelming Experience with Overhyped Products

I'm extremely disappointed with my recent purchase from Cyberinfo. As someone who's been following the tech industry for years, I expected a lot more from a company that claims to offer 'high-quality computer hardware and electronics.' The laptop I bought, the PC Portable Lenovo Ideapad 1 15IJL7, had an Intel Celeron N4500 processor, which sounded good on paper, but in reality, it was sluggish and struggled to keep up with my basic tasks like browsing and streaming. The 8GB of DDR4 memory and 256GB SSD were barely enough to run multiple applications smoothly, and I found myself constantly waiting for things to load. The display was lackluster, with a low refresh rate and mediocre color accuracy. For a company that prides itself on 'advanced processors' and 'high-resolution displays,' I was expecting a lot more. The printer I also purchased, the Brother Inkbenefit Plus DCP-T220, was another letdown. The printing quality was subpar, with blurry text and faded colors. The scanning feature was slow and often produced distorted images. I've had better luck with cheaper, no-name brands. The projector, the EPSON CO-FH02 Wifi, was the final nail in the coffin. The 3LCD technology and Full HD resolution sounded impressive, but in practice, the image was dim and lacked contrast. The connectivity options were convenient, but the wireless LAN connection kept dropping. I've tried troubleshooting, but nothing seems to work. The storage solution, the MSI SPATIUM M450 PCIe 4.0 NVMe M.2 SSD, was the only redeeming quality, with fast read and write speeds, but even that couldn't save the overall experience. Cyberinfo's focus on 'quality, performance, and customer satisfaction' seems like nothing more than empty marketing slogans. As someone who values 'innovative products' and 'exceptional customer service,' I'm extremely disappointed in the lack of attention to detail and care that Cyberinfo has shown. Unless they seriously revamp their product line and customer support, I'd advise others to steer clear of this company. One star from me, and that's being generous.
