I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from Blue Sky Mortgage Company. As a first-time home buyer, I was expecting a lot of guidance and support, but what I got was a lot of confusing paperwork and unreturned phone calls. My loan officer seemed nice at first, but as the process went on, I felt like I was just another number to them. The interest rates they offered were not as competitive as I had seen elsewhere, and the terms of the loan were not clearly explained to me. I had to ask multiple times for clarification on certain points, and even then, I didn't feel like I was getting straight answers. The whole process took much longer than I expected, and I felt like I was left in the dark for most of it. I ended up having to seek advice from a financial advisor just to make sense of everything. For a company that claims to prioritize customer service, I was shocked at how little attention I received. Needless to say, I would not recommend Blue Sky Mortgage to anyone. The lack of transparency and communication made the entire experience frustrating and overwhelming. I guess you could say my dream of homeownership was put on hold due to their incompetence.
