I'm generally not one to write reviews, but my experience with Becky Gustafson and Century 21 Affiliated was a rollercoaster of emotions - mostly disappointment. As a first-time buyer in the Chippewa Valley area, I thought I was in good hands with Becky's extensive local market knowledge. Unfortunately, that's where my enthusiasm ends. Our initial consultation was promising, but things quickly took a turn for the worse. Despite her claims of being a 'top-producing agent' and having a 'strong focus on building lasting relationships,' I felt like just another statistic in her book of clients. Every meeting or phone call seemed rushed, with little attention to my specific needs or concerns. The 'Quality Service Pinnacle Producer award' she boasts about? I didn't see that level of quality in our interactions. What I did see was a lot of apathy and a lack of transparency when it came to the home-buying process. I remember one particular instance where I waited 47 minutes for her to return a call, only to have her brush it off like it was no big deal. For someone who emphasizes 'delivering results' and being a 'trusted agent and partner,' I expected more. The real kicker was when she tried to push me towards a property that didn't fit my criteria, just because it was 'a great deal.' It felt like she was more interested in closing the sale than in finding me the right home. Needless to say, I took my business (and my trust) elsewhere. If you're looking for an agent who truly cares about your real estate goals, I'd advise against Becky Gustafson. My experience was nothing short of underwhelming, and I hope this review saves someone else from the same frustration.
