The gel manicure I received was uneven, with visible ridges and a finish that lacked the promised 'flawless results.' The technician, while friendly, seemed rushed and didn't take the time to ensure each nail was properly prepped and shaped before applying the gel. What really bothered me, though, was the hard sell on their professional-grade nail supplies. As someone who's just starting out in nail care, I was looking for guidance and support, not a sales pitch.
