I must say, my experience with Bay Street Group was nothing short of underwhelming. As a seller, I was drawn to their promise of a 'hassle-free' transaction process, but what I got was a plethora of unfulfilled expectations. Their platform, while sleek and modern, lacked the substance I needed to navigate the complex real estate market. The offline sales and marketing strategy they touted as 'comprehensive' felt more like a generic template than a tailored approach. I was expecting a more personalized experience, especially given the premium fees they charge. The market evaluation they provided was vague and unhelpful, leaving me to wonder if they truly understood the value of my property. The listings on their website were plentiful, but the search function was clunky and unresponsive at times. What's more, the 'exceptional service and support' they claim to offer was nowhere to be found when I needed it most.
