I'm writing this review as a warning to others: beware of BAS Contractors. My experience with them was a disaster from start to finish. We hired them for an office renovation, and from the initial consultation, it was clear that their focus was more on upselling their services rather than understanding our needs. The 'experienced staff' they touted were anything but. Our project manager seemed completely out of his depth, and communication was abysmal. Every question or concern we raised was met with defensiveness and a 'we know better' attitude. The construction process was delayed multiple times due to their mismanagement, and when we finally got to see the end result, it was far from the 'high-quality solution' they promised. The design was generic and lacked any of the modern touches we discussed, and the workmanship was subpar. To add insult to injury, they went over budget by a significant margin, citing 'unforeseen circumstances' that they should have planned for. The whole ordeal left a sour taste, and I would strongly advise against choosing BAS Contractors for your construction or renovation needs. There are far more competent and customer-focused companies out there. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.
