I'm writing this review as a warning to other business owners in Southwestern Pennsylvania: beware of Baldwin Asphalt Paving Inc. Despite their polished website and slew of certifications, our experience with them was a disaster from start to finish. We hired them to repave our parking lot, and from the initial consultation, it was clear that their sales team was more interested in making a sale than listening to our needs. The project manager assigned to us seemed completely disorganized, failing to communicate deadlines, changes, or even show up on site as promised. The actual paving work was subpar, with uneven surfaces, potholes, and a generally shoddy finish. When we brought these issues to their attention, the response was slow and unhelpful, with a clear emphasis on protecting their reputation rather than fixing the problems.
