Disappointing Experience with Balar's Smartwatch

I recently purchased a smartwatch from Balar, expecting a seamless and user-friendly experience based on their product descriptions. Unfortunately, my excitement was short-lived. The watch face options, although numerous, were not as customizable as I had hoped, and the insights into sleep patterns were vague and not particularly useful. The step tracking feature was also inconsistent, often underreporting my daily activity. What really sealed the deal for my disappointment, however, was the customer support. Despite their claim of assistance within 1-3 days, it took over a week to get a response to my query about the watch's battery life, which was significantly shorter than advertised. The response, when it finally came, was generic and unhelpful. Given the emphasis Balar places on customer satisfaction and simplicity, my experience fell squarely short of expectations. The 14-day return policy, while appreciated, became a necessity rather than a convenience due to the product's underperformance. Perhaps the most disappointing aspect was the lack of transparency regarding potential issues with their products. For a company that values quality and affordability, the smartwatch I received did not reflect these values. Unless Balar takes significant steps to address these issues and improve their customer support, I would caution against making a purchase from them, especially for their tech products.
