I must say, my experience with BAJRA was nothing short of disappointing. As someone who appreciates luxury and is willing to pay for quality, I was excited to try out their scarves. However, the moment I received my Cervinia Scarf, I knew I had made a mistake. The material, although cashmere, felt somewhat lacking in terms of softness and warmth. The design, which I had thought was sophisticated online, looked somewhat bland and uninspired in person. The color, a beautiful cobalt blue in the pictures, was more of a dull blue-ish hue in reality. But what really sealed the deal for me was the poor customer service. When I tried to return the scarf, I was met with resistance and a clear lack of interest in my dissatisfaction. For a brand that claims to value customer satisfaction and relationships, I found this to be quite telling. Perhaps my expectations were too high, given the luxury branding and high price point. However, if you're going to charge top dollar for your products, you should be prepared to back them up with exceptional quality and service. Unfortunately, BAJRA fell short on both counts for me. The brand's commitment to quality and style, as touted on their website and in their marketing materials, seems more like a marketing gimmick than a genuine philosophy. Unless they revamp their approach to customer service and product quality, I would not recommend BAJRA to anyone looking for a truly luxurious experience.
