As a professional hairdresser, I was excited to learn more about Backstage Brands and their products. Unfortunately, my experience with them has been underwhelming. After signing up for their newsletter, I was expecting to receive valuable information about new products, services, and promotions. Instead, the newsletters have been sparse and lacking in substance. The communication from the company has been minimal, and when I reached out to them with questions, it took an eternity to get a response. I was also disappointed to find that their product offerings were not as extensive as I had hoped, and the prices were not competitive with other companies in the industry. Overall, I would not recommend Backstage Brands to my fellow hairdressers.
