I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at BabyCity. As a first-time mom, I was excited to try their services, but unfortunately, they failed to deliver - literally. I ordered a few essentials for my baby, including a car seat and some nursery items, and opted for the free delivery option since my order was over R 1500. However, after waiting for over a week, I still hadn't received my order. When I tried to contact their customer service, I was met with automated responses and unhelpful representatives who seemed more interested in reading from a script than actually assisting me. The communication was poor, and I was left in the dark about the status of my order. To make matters worse, when I finally received my order, one of the items was missing, and the car seat was not the one I had ordered. The return process was also a nightmare, with BabyCity insisting that I pay for the return shipping, despite their error. As a busy mom, I don't have time for this kind of hassle, and I expect more from a company that claims to prioritize customer satisfaction. Needless to say, I will not be shopping at BabyCity again and would not recommend them to any of my fellow moms. One star from me, and that's being generous.
